Client: The Comfy Duck

Our long-standing relationship with the team at The Comfy Duck started with the production of several small stylised food teaser films for both their regular and afternoon tea menus. This naturally developed into regular collaboration with their marketing head and food stylist extraordinaire Charlotte Hay. Although we had successfully promoted their mouth-watering food, we knew we needed to demonstrate their ethos.

We visited their fantastic local suppliers and learnt about the fresh Lincolnshire grown produce that is at the heart of the delicious Comfy Duck menu. We met so many passionate people along the way who loved what they were producing and it was refreshing to see that we had all of this on our doorstep. We wanted to make the film personable, so we called upon head chef at The Comfy Duck Stephen Bennett to provide a voiceover outlining his ethos at the restaurant.

The film was used as a visually striking background on their homepage and as a marketing tool across their social media channels with great success. It allowed them to provide customers with an insight into what makes their food special and why their restaurant really is worth a visit.
